AmalgamART is an artist collaboration between three artists based in Cambridge: Sarah Lucy Lee, Ruth Hawkins and myself. 

I came up with the name AmalgamART as a way to communicate the coming together of three different artists from different backgrounds with different styles yet in their unison there is some kind of harmony; a certain element that ties all the differences into a unified whole. It was Ruth Hawkins who proposed that this unification of differences would be the ethos behind our collaboration. An amalgamation of work; AmalgamART.

It is this ethos that continues to be the source of inspiration behind my designs for AmalgamART's brand image and promotional material.
